ALL ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Lindsay! I'm a stay-at-home mom for two wonderful girls, Avarie & Emily. I am a professionally trained pastry chef and have worked in bakeries and restaurants since I graduated from pastry school in 2011. While I was on maternity leave with my first babe, a friend of mine requested a birthday cake for her son. I made my first official “Frozen” theme cake. According to my friend and the party goers, the cake was a hit! From then on, word of mouth spread through the community and before I knew it I was choosing a company name and building a brand. The rest is history! I am so grateful for all the community support. I really am working my dream job!

Although I love to cook and bake for my family, my true passion is baking and designing cakes. When practicing a new recipe or design, I try to find little improvements and shortcuts. I feel that the majority of my cake decorating skills to date are all self taught. I am always looking for new designs to try!
